The Albuquerque real estate market just keeps on showing signs of continued recovery as the 1,077 pending single family detached home sales in March 2010 showed an increase of 44 percent over the last year and 38 percent from the last month. The 1,077 pending sales was the highest number for single family homes since June 2007 with the average selling price range between $200,000 to $249,000.
